{"id":3544,"date":"2013-08-10T00:52:02","date_gmt":"2013-08-10T00:52:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=3544"},"modified":"2013-08-21T00:52:59","modified_gmt":"2013-08-21T00:52:59","slug":"10-august-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=3544","title":{"rendered":"10 August 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">I finally woke up at about 10h30 after the last two long riding days and stumbled out of bed feeling like I was hit by a baseball bat but nothing that a shower, a bacon and egg sandwich from the neighbouring greasy spoon and a gallon of coffee couldn\u2019t fix!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/Daysride44.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Days ride\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Days ride\" src=\"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/Daysride_thumb41.jpg\" width=\"649\" height=\"276\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>My days ride to Edmonton\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Today I did the final 1000km ride from Fort Nelson to Edmonton and once again I got into Edmonton long after dark and around 23h00 because I went through a time change and also because I am quite a bit further south, sunset is taking place earlier and earlier.
