<\/a> <\/p>\nOur days ride\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n Little dip in the salmon river\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n On route through a town called Arco, we came across their annual \u201catomic day\u201d parade which is a celebration of the fact that this was the first town to ever be fully nuclear powered and has been used as a test and training site for submarine crew since 1952. <\/p>\n Atomic day parade in Arco\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n We got into Missoula around 4pm, settled in and had an early dinner. Tomorrow we cross into Canada.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n We left \u201cnowhereville\u201d (Rexburg) this morning fairly early because we had a 600km run to Missoula, Montana. The ride today was another of the \u201c20 most scenic\u201d along the salmon river so although the most scenic route, certainly not the shortest.
