{"id":2967,"date":"2013-07-07T02:08:08","date_gmt":"2013-07-07T02:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2967"},"modified":"2013-07-09T02:09:06","modified_gmt":"2013-07-09T02:09:06","slug":"7-july-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2967","title":{"rendered":"7 July 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">We had a long 571km run today so we left SF early because part of the ride was to cross the Yosemite national park which was mountainous and twisty although unbelievably beautiful.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The ride took us to an altitude of over 3000m through forests and lakes and then back down the other side to the edge of death valley where the temperatures skyrocketed to 40C.
