{"id":2834,"date":"2013-05-29T15:20:43","date_gmt":"2013-05-29T15:20:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2834"},"modified":"2013-06-01T15:21:58","modified_gmt":"2013-06-01T15:21:58","slug":"29-may-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2834","title":{"rendered":"29 May 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Today we are catching the Ferry from Mazatlan to La Paz on The Baja California Peninsula so we had a \u201cshortish\u201d ride of 285km from Tepic in order to board the \u201cBaja Ferries\u201d Mazatlan Star at 13h00 for a 16h00 departure.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/Daysride21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Days ride\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Days ride\" src=\"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/Daysride_thumb21.jpg\" width=\"649\" height=\"289\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>Our days ride to Mazatlan..<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The ride from Tepic was largely uneventful and through terrain that has swampy type inlets coming inland from the Pacific which make for some interesting scenery but other than that it was dry and hot.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">We got into Mazatlan just after 12pm and got ourselves and the big girl checked in for the luxury cruise.
