{"id":2374,"date":"2013-04-26T08:26:42","date_gmt":"2013-04-26T08:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2374"},"modified":"2013-04-30T08:34:41","modified_gmt":"2013-04-30T08:34:41","slug":"26-april-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=2374","title":{"rendered":"26 April 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">The day was one long affair of seasickness management until we arrived into the protection of the reef at the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/San_Blas_Islands\" target=\"_blank\">San Blas islands<\/a>. The days are broken into three distinct segments..breakfast, lunch and supper which are highlight moments of surprise because we\u2019re not ever sure of what we are going to get. On some days the food has been pretty good and on others its either been awful or not nearly enough to feed 17! Although not very well known they are incredibly beautiful and look like little islands with a handful of trees that come straight out of comic books. The waters surrounding the islands are the typical paradise turquoise colour with the most beautiful reefs surrounding them which makes for incredible snorkelling.
