{"id":237,"date":"2010-07-12T20:29:24","date_gmt":"2010-07-12T20:29:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=237"},"modified":"2011-09-22T14:15:51","modified_gmt":"2011-09-22T14:15:51","slug":"12-july-day-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=237","title":{"rendered":"12 July (Day 13)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have come to the conclusion that it is not the accommodation that we are staying in that is the problem, but rather my expectations that require amendment, because notwithstanding the 1962 gold award winner of last night, I had a warm and comfortable night with minimum flea bites.<\/p>\n<p>We rode from Mbeya to the Old Farm house at kisolanza (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kisolanza.com\">http:\/\/www.kisolanza.com<\/a> ), just outside Iringa which was approximately 400km today.
