{"id":116,"date":"2010-07-03T20:25:21","date_gmt":"2010-07-03T20:25:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=116"},"modified":"2011-09-22T14:16:17","modified_gmt":"2011-09-22T14:16:17","slug":"3-july-day-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.capetocairo2010.co.za\/?p=116","title":{"rendered":"3 July (Day 4)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Left our Lodge in Rundu just after 8am heading for Kongola, our destination for the day.&#160; In comparison to previous days, our ride today is a short 427km!<\/p>\n<p>The Caprivi strip is beautiful with amazing bushveld scents and unusual road warning signs that I suspect are particular to Africa alone.<\/p>\n<p>We are spending the evening at Namushasha Lodge 30km from Kongola on the Kwando River, just off the Namibia \/ Botswana border in the Caprivi strip. This Lodge is really beautiful and worth a visit under ordinary circumstances. The views, wildlife and quality of accommodation, food and service are all fantastic and really good value for money.
